TestimonialsHeather and Fred
went above and beyond to make our rehearsal dinner on Oct. 1st
2011 a fabulous event!
They offer a fine balance of expertise and creativity, yet granted
us a great amount of input in the menu planning.
Having never seen the venue where our dinner was held prior
to the weekend of our event, Heather spent a great deal of time
sorting out details and answering my questions about the space- much
of which had nothing to do with the actual food/catering.
When the rental company failed to deliver 3 of our 5 tables,
Heather saved the day by not only locating 3 extra tables, but
having them delivered and picked-up after the event!
It is very apparent that Heather and Fred take pride in
everything they do. From
the initial tasting, to planning the layout and decor of the venue,
to the delicious and diverse menu, they truly strive to make their
clients' happy and their events a success!
Thank you
Heather and Fred from the bottom of my heart for always coming to my
rescue when I’m throwing an event. Whether it is well planned ahead
or last minute, you create a feast for guests and myself that is
quite memorable. From garden luncheons and formal dinner parties to
weddings and birthday parties, Wild and Woodsy continues to surprise
me with tastes and textures that fit everyone’s palate. Whether it
is comfort food or a formal gourmet sit down you create a party
beyond my expectations. You and your staff always pull everything
off without a hitch. You leave my home cleaner than when you arrive
and your service is flawless.
Thanks
again,
We recently held a corporate event at a historical venue in Mason
County, near the beautiful Hood Canal. In preparing for the event,
we contracted with a locally recommended catering company called
“Wild and Woodsy Catering”. From beginning to end, this was our
impression of the perfect catering event. From the ambiance, to
presentation and selection; but most of all, to the sublime
mouth-watering cuisine, we were impressed! The focus of our retreat
flew from the mundane and fell onto the buffet table. Chef Heather
(from San Francisco) and her husband Fred really outdid themselves. With
all this, and a reasonable price too, what more could a person ask?
Thanks Wild and Woodsy!
Jim, Team Manager I am writing to thank you again for the
wonderful first night dinner( May 15th) you put on for our college
women's annual retreat. All nineteen gals agreed it was
excellent food and the presentation was lovely. Right from the start I appreciated how easy
you were to work w/ through out the planning process. I have not
organized many catered dinners - so your help put me at ease and
made it a fun time. I was very impressed with your menus and how you
were able to work w/ me to give us the best two choices while
staying within our budget. Your attention to detail was also very
helpful .Realizing that we would need table extenders and leaving
them the entire time really helped. It's always more fun to all sit
at one table. Your staff were very pleasant and made the
evening more fun by interacting with us- while at the same time
staying very professional. And again the food was outstanding. The
salad greens very fresh; the salmon w/ butter caper sauce was light
and tasty, and the stuffed chicken was out of this world. I was
smart and traded half my fish for half the chicken - so got to try
both of the entrees. The fresh fruit cobbler was also great- not too
sweet but just right to bring out the multi berry flavors. You are truly an artist in the kitchen and a
very nice person with which to work. I would highly recommend Wild &
Woodsy to anyone looking to put on a wonderful dinner or party.
Thank you for all your help. Sincerely, Gretchen
Heather, our group of 18 women were
impressed with the dinner prepared for us by your company Wild and
Woodsy Catering during our reunion at The Bend in May.
- . . .
delicious with a fresh, healthy, and colorful green salad, generous
piece of fresh salmon cooked to perfection, and several fresh
vegetables that tasted if they were picked from the garden.
